Exchange and Return
At RNMC, we take extra care with each and every order. As a kids wear brand, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Kindly double check and get confirmed the correct size with our size guide. We are making sure you’re receiving a fresh and new piece of cloth, not even used for a product shoot. Before dispatch, every order is closely inspected to ensure the correct size, design, quality, and finish. We take Full Responsibility for sending products that are non-defective and true to the images / descriptions shown on our website also the correct size. Please note that the print placements can be vary as we cut them in bulks, not one by one.
What if my item is Defective or Incorrect by any chance ? – We’re truly sorry if an item you receive is not in perfect condition or if there has been an error in size or design than the provided details. In such cases, please contact our customer service team and share a few clear, close-up images of the issue. All our packing and dispatch processes are recorded for quality assurance, and we will carefully review the references to understand and resolve the matter. As a responsible brand, if the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Size Accuracy – Our size charts are created based on the actual measurements of the finished garments, and we are confident in their accuracy and alignment with the products you receive. As with all clothing, a small production tolerance of 1–1.5 cm may occur, which is considered standard in apparel manufacturing.
We recommend referring carefully to our Size Guide / How to measure instructions when placing your order to ensure the best fit. We recommend to pick the bigger size if you aren’t sure about it, kids are growing fast.
Refund Policy
At RNMC, we take pride in delivering carefully inspected, high-quality kids wear. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer returns and exchanges and for change of mind purchases, based on that we do not offer refunds.
No Refunds for Change of Mind
Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, refunds will not be issued for reasons such as incorrect size selection, preference changes, or ordering errors made at checkout.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product or an item that differs from the size or design ordered, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and share a few clear images of the issue. All our packing and dispatch processes are closely monitored and recorded for quality assurance. Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds will only be considered in rare cases where a replacement is not possible. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
We will be taking the full responsibility of sending correct size/design and them to be non defective goods. Replacements will be free if you received and defective product/wrong size/ design. Please refer our Exchange and return section for more details

Print placements of the printed materials can be vary from one product to other because we cut them as bulks, not one by one.

Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed clearly on our website. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways. RNMC does not store or have access to your full payment details.
All prices are shown in AUD for clarity. Payments are securely processed in USD. Any Minor difference is simply due to your bank’s exchange rate
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines and delivery details are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery section. While we aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours, delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors beyond our control. Delivery lead time stays between 7-15 working days.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please note that tracking updates may be limited during international transit and will update fully once the parcel reaches Australia.
Returns & Exchanges
